The MGE Box is the architecture reference — a live interactive diagram of the 13 CORE elements, the 8-step certification pipeline, the Dual-Loop execution engine, and the IUM (Intelligence Under Management) framework. It shows how the machine is built.
The Multi-Brand Pilot is the proof that the machine runs. Not a mockup or a visualization of what MGE could do — it is the headless certification API, version 3, operating against actual platform integration specifications. Upload real operational data and the results are your numbers, not illustrative defaults.
Together, these answer the question every PE diligence team eventually asks: “Does this actually work, or is this still a concept?” The Box shows the architecture. The Simulator proves the architecture executes.

The pilot is a headless API with a UI layer. Every interaction maps to a documented CORE module — nothing on screen is decorative.

MGE does not replace the system of record. It certifies the operational truth the system of record depends on. The entity that generates a metric cannot also be the entity that certifies it. R365 has every incentive to report favorable prime cost; Harri to show efficient labor; Crunchtime to show tight food-cost variance. The moment any of them certifies their own data, the certificate is worthless. FohBoh's independence is not positioning — it is the architectural requirement for the certificate to mean anything.
